Spot Exchange Rate
Spot exchange rate refers to the current market rate at which one currency can be exchanged for another for immediate delivery. It reflects real-time demand and supply conditions in the forex market. Spot rates are commonly used in instant currency conversions and international transactions, where the exchange is settled within a short period, typically within two business days.
