Glossary term
Guaranteed Exchange Rate
A guaranteed exchange rate means that the rate is fixed at which the currency can be exchanged by a user for a particular transaction. It does not change based on market changes within the duration of the transaction. A guaranteed exchange rate is useful in major transactions or advanced bookings where the transaction might take place in the future.
