International Currency Hedging
International currency hedging refers to an approach that aims at reducing risks related to possible losses due to fluctuating foreign currency exchange rates. Companies or people use certain financial instruments or currency contracts in order to fix exchange rates in advance before engaging in any transactions. Currency hedging makes sure of having cost certainty when making international payments or investments.
